Calibrated ply is made by assembling 8×4 ft core and panel.

The cold-pressed calibrated ply is checked, then hot pressed.

Hot-pressed ply is calibrated on a highly accurate calibrator.

Cold-press face veneer
The calibrated ply is laminated with a Gurjan face veneer.
